khelben: I agree. I enjoy very hard td's. Still, I would like to know how to beat 10 in survival where, of course, all relevant upgrades are maxed. One worry is that the rocket (skill) when maxed seems to drop rockets randomly (beside the target point which will always hit). Also the rocket launcher's (tower) projectiles seems to move randomly as well, sometimes swirling around until the target is out of range.
To beat every level on hard: Muk, Makujin and Thor. Typically 3, 4, 4 of each. Other combos also work, like Ice Queen, Poison Ivy and Stone Giant but they are pretty difficult to pull off.
For level 8. The fast shooting lvl 3 upgrade for poison tower that looks like a pink flower is the most powerful. In the bit of the map that is sticking out put one of those towers in the middle and a damage power up on the left to start. Then build 2 more arrow towers the left of the powerup so they get the bonus as well. Upgrade them to poison. Then make a few arrow towers at the end to prevent leaks and upgrade the two poison towers to flower towers. Then it should be easy. I built a stone tower to the right of the first flower tower and built arrow towers upgraded to either trees or flowers. Not looking forward to lvl 9...
5/5 I like the inovative pathing where the creeps teleport and that I am able to change paths etc. Nice diversity of towers, though as ususal some upgrades seem useless (e.g., fire tower that gives money). Nice high difficulty level, I also like the low increments that skills give you. An extra level in a skill might give you just enough money to get one upgrade one wave earlier, rather than making the level really easy on a replay. All in all a faily conventional but highly entertaining TD game.
