Sibel, unfortunately the devs have made it clear that they are working on Esgrima:Path of the warrior, so there won't be many more changes here. But there are still people around who are happy to help, if you ask.

@royhil: I know he says just copy it, but you still have to state what variable is equal to that (i.e. answer is VARIABLE = Math.floor(Math.sqrt(userExp)).

As far as I can tell, difficulty DOESN'T affect the drops: all the rarest items have been found on normal. I would assume difficulty would affect the drop rates, but it's quite hard to work those out. For the rares and some elite equips, clearing the first two waves and running CAN be enough; this doesn't seem to be true for the very best elites though.

Golden Egg can just be sold for money
