Farming level: Lvl 17, just make sure you get hit everytime you get a chain of 160,000 so you get a bonus 5k gold.. Good luck

This happens all the time, you can do this too by clicking on the dice only, and not the options given. For example clicking on Dice 3 rather than hitting (2 Ones, 200 points)
