I'd assume your health bar has the registration point at the center, try changing it to the left side (right click->properties on healthbar in library)
@Roriok: Hmm, maybe when you created the Healthbar movie clip, you enabled "export for actionscript ", which that movieClip doesn't require.
Check if you did this, if so, then remove it from all your health related movieclips
