Also,if i may suggest,instead of percentage for the skills cooldown,you should place seconds/minutes if possible.
This is nice idea. Percentage is really stupid because it doesn't really shows when skill will be available. I will add it.

The game should detect what class i have so it can give me a weapon that my class (vanguard) can use. I don't want anything for the retarded marksman or bullshit like that.
