Should Time Machine levels earn progress offline? Overnight with 156813 assigned to it (should take ~30 minutes for my next level) earned nothing.

Great idle game, but the late game could use a few tweaks. Sand is prohibitively expensive (in energy cost), and the pipe/road cost is a little crazy (building my next three tiles of cables will cost 190M, then 215M, then 243Million Steel)
