Let us leave all the stamina and game design banter away. What is it you want us to do with your BETA when the most flashy thing on screen is the 50% discount??? You want to improve the game based on player experience before you realese it AND get cash from us?? Then I suggest you play it yourself and see how well you can do without cheating and speedups. I think you guys forgot what a beta truly should be. How come you don't try this on mobile platforms where it can be rated? I am sick of this "web-version" approaches....1.) Call it BETA and let us experiment freely 2.) Reset the progress when you finally release it.
We don't want to get cash form players at all, and for sure we play the game a lot. Try to follow a bit our forum, we always take care of the users feedback and suggestion. The beta for any developer, it's usefull only if the game is near to the final release: give all the stamina and free items, did not help anyone, because we can't test the real game experience. We are not here to find bugs. The game is free to play and trust me it can be played without spending money, so, it's a free choice. Someone give us some money to supporting the team and the develop. As last point, this is not a simple a "web-version" that we will drop, we want to create a game that can be played on different platforms, web and mobile, and as long as we can, we will continue to use Kong + to develop a better game with your help, trying to follow peoples the best we can. I'm hoping to have answered to your points! Thanks for posting your comments!
Actually the game is very easy. Started with wizard/paladin/barbarian/thief/hunter and played through couple of times...and have not lost once. I love it ;) 5/5
A NON-GAME !!! I have to agree with most of the other comments. I don't even bother to rate games like this individually since they are just part of something i really hate. Auto-1/5 stars for ripping off your playerbase.
To make the game harder you could add "boss-ships" with special effects. Just some options instead of adding more and more trash to later levels: slow/stun/disable skill/jam gun,laser,rocketlauncher etc. (will stay in inventory but will be useless, only good for UU ---> prevents getting Fljot early in the game and upgrading the %-bonus to insane levels)/disable shield/disable afterburner/10 sec auto-afterburner/drain shield/gravity effects (pretty much like you already implemented auto-pickup just this time your ship will forcefully fly towards bosses).......
It would be nice if active killing blows reward you with more money. Maybe make it bound to a separate counter that kicks in only after like half an hour into the game ---> Dwarf passive skill.
Same counter could also be used for implementation of some kind of a special of different chars, kinda like a random button saying: "You see an opening!!" ---> Rogue does %-based dmg, "Divine Light shines upon all believers!!" --> Paladin resets all weapon timers, "I figured out their weak spots!" --> Ranger does 5x dmg till next elevator, "Top 10 Charts" Bard permantly plays annoying songs enemy takes DMG equal to all pets' dmg every 5 seconds till next elevator, "Do you remember the good old times?" Wizards teleports you back two elevators.
Maybe you already planned something similar; anyways just wanted to make all the other chars worthy. I wouldn't mind kicking every1 else out just for a second wizard as it is now.
200 fathoms, 482 Monsters Destroyed: You are waiting ages for your heroes to finally kill a random monster AND HOPEFULLY the next one will be a TREASURE CHEST. You finally get enough money to UPGRADE your wizard's cat.....then BOOOOOM ---> same dmg, same crit-rate and timer goes from 6 to 7.....W T actual F ???????????????????????
The stats on the Gear page are kind of messed up right now, so I wouldn't stress too much about that. HOWEVER, a lot of changes (and hopefully fixes) are on the way too!
For a more realistic raiding experience you might want to add some keyroles to your game: "Leader" (Warrior = Defensive approach, Archer = Offensive, Priest = Balanced/Strategic with only one Tank going in close range), "Main Tank" (Auto-Equip Taunt-Skills to all empty slots, remove when MainTank rechosen), "Main Healer" (Lets you pick the target to heal manually and forces other Priests to heal same target, but only if the have the skill "Focus").
Would also be funny if from time to time one of the raiders would just go berserk or do stupid stuff like rushing forward to next boss and just die.
Random events in general....kinda like at the start of a raid the Leader goes: " Whooa every1 is pumped up today!!!!" which could give a small bonus to dmg and hitpoints.
Also item handling is meehhhhh.......
I have to agree to all those negative comments. The game really needs fixing. Stuff can be clicked when you move your mouse cursor around until you'll eventually find the buttons. Anyways still unplayable. 1/5
I can only agree with the others...rated 1/5. The "Upgrades" tag is a joke! The game is below avarage compared to others of its kind. Music is 1/5 also. Wall running is gambling against the odds, specials fire off whenever they like...anyway even if the game would be more fun i'd still rate it low cause this is Kongregate not some rich dude's smartphone. How this game got 4.1 stars is beyond belief!
In Chaos +3 it is too difficult to hit bosses. It says 95% but for 3 mins you can't even hit body. I have to use accuracy potions to bring down a 7,2k HP enemy (who will also heal like 5k+ health with potion anyway), while weapons' endurance decreases. God forbid the boss damages any of my limbs, cause then i lost accuracy potion and healing potion.
By the way: is there any difference between the new headgear? whatever i wear there doesn't seem to be any. Still the same Speed or Attack.
Upgrades and Ranks no1 cares about, the unfair fact that ppl who get better guns do more dmg...Numbers popping up to tell you "Look 225 points: You are cool!"...the overall missing movement action ans pace...i'll stick to Quake Live. No need for FPS here. Still decent game 3/5.
I'm @ Level 41 and only have 5x Rakshasa armor pieces.
It seems enemies only drop weapons (useless compared to Massive Great Sword +15 / Ripper +15) and/or Healing Potions. I didn't buy potions and have around 45-50 of them all the time.
I went with the Great Sword and fists until I could get the Ripper btw.
I will try to rectify the situation in the future patch.
In chaos mode, there is a serious imbalance, I'll work on that, just did not think that there are people who play chaos mode.

P.S. Super Sledge лучше чем Massive Great Sword.
Love the game. 5/5..The levels are fast paced and there is no time to even get involved in the others' fights (why would one even want to control them anyways?). Just ignore them, keep one side of the screen clean and they'll fight whatever comes on the other side all by themselves. For the sudden death challenges just keep moving all the time, stay out of range and just use skills. For the time based challenges wait in the middle, clump em together, use whirl and finish the rest off.
Level 2432...Day 109...Iteration 48352387 :(( Nothing special happened @lvl 1000 or even @day 100. That was disappointing. After a certain point item stats become way too good and you can't be killed anymore. Also every killed enemy gives an auto Level-Up...which is kinda annoying because you have to click too much and you don't need +5 whatever anyways!
