for the last achievement u need to complete all challange badges, they can be found in the badge menu (the ones with the red colour) u can also find them as red/green ! marks at the level map, green means u have completed them
for those having problems with 12 i used:

i think its not the way with the lowest clicks, but atleast you can complete it like that
