i like how hellforgesd in Terraria are end-game and you’re supposed to only collect them once you got a f)))ing meteorite hammer or better, or upgrade your neteorite hammers at a tinkerer workshop but you can mine it with a wooden hammer if its underneath a platform, and a copper pickaxe can destroy the bricks, i mean even a noob with no acessories or gear could best hell.

if Terraria corruption existed in minecraft: grass starts off a light purple but turns dark. coblestone and smooth stone would become obsidian which would take forever to mine even in 1.8 + 1.9. and gold would overshadow the area, gold blocks exactly which would make te area dar for monsters to spawn, and torches work less effectiveley. the mods corruption biome can be blocked off if you put MANY diasies around it, make sure to have alot so it doesnt go past it (that would be a disadvantage of Terraria’s corrutpion in minecraft: since minecrafts 3D you’d have to like spam flowers)
