I just want to give you folks kudos for keeping the clicking component relevant throughout the entire game. Way too often it becomes completely underwhelmed.
3) There are still a lot of bugs in this game. The strength training in prison doesn't actually do anything. All the "phone calls I've gotten have been for LSD (make things variable), the crime payoff variability needs to be adjusted, what's hunger it never changes, the game lags incredibly at random despite quality settings, and the balance issues is so big I'm going to count that as a bug in and of itself.
All of this is to say, you've got a great idea, have made a lot of improvements, and I hope you'll continue to do so. I thought this sounded really cool when I first saw it, and was excited to see that you made improvements. However, there are still really big things that need to be fixed about this game, some of which should have been very obvious to begin with.
I like the idea behind this game and the UI is significantly improved since the first time you loaded it, but there is still so much work to be done on this.
1) The cash situation is ridiculous. Everything costs tens of thousands of dollars and takes 10 minutes of dedicated time to complete. The crimes you can commit give you nothing in relation to the amount of money you need to do anything else in the game.
2) You need to explain a lot more to the player. Again you've made improvements since the first load what is the benefit of education? Strength? Alcohol? I’ve seen no changes other than a number. What do I get for upgrading a factory, what’s health insurance, what’s hunger for? There are to many unexplained aspects. You don’t need an elaborate tutorial, but when you scroll over it would be helpful to have actual information instead of just the price.
Thank you so much for this feedback! Totally agree with you on all these points, however, the strength in jail works but the number is rounded in the profile screen. I'll find a way to make it more clear together with everything else in the game.
Maybe it's just me, but I sort of expect unlimited basic ammo in an archer defense game. Having to constantly try and shoot something, using my already limited ammo, to get more gets old really fast. That aside nice little game.
Idea of game is to deliver smart challenge where you need to aim with precision instead of spamming and delivering challenge through hordes of enemies. Anyway thanks for feedback :)
Pretty fun game. To suggestions, the power ups feel overpower with them being unlimited and if you take one hit in the later levels your doomed because the standard gun is not up to the challenge. I would suggest more frequent drops and limited usage (timed, ammo, end of stage, etc...) of each weapon upgrade.
That's a really good idea, it solves some of the balancing issues I've been having. Thanks!
I have some room on the GUI and I was thinking of ammo for a while now... just wasn't sure.
Creative game, and I like it for the most part, but I'm having problems with the shop. It's stuck on one item, the outfit bottom left. I can't purchase or select anything else and it makes the game unplayable at zoom because I can't improve my speed. Hopefully this bug get's taken care of so I can finish the game. Nice work.
Some instructions as to what the objective is either in the game or in the game description on the side would be helpful. Can't really give you any feedback until I know what I'm trying to do.
Missions in general seem to no longer be working correctly. I just did a soft reset and while I have approx. 40 completed, the games is registering 4% completed.
Considering missions are lost after a soft reset, a number of the higher mission are just ridiculous. Having to play for a month, or kill 600 K monsters every time you would do a reset is just to much to expect from your players. It would be so much more practical for these to be over the life time of a game.
Still pretty buggy. A few I ran across: at one point I was unable to reload, after reloading the screen I reloaded and it got stuck as infinite ammo. After losing it seems there is no way to restart the game, hence my reloading the page. When I reloaded the page the background didn't load and I played on a black screen.
Neat idea, and I enjoyed the meshing of the two concepts when I had the background. The reloading is a nice touch as well.
What is the purpose of the negative effects to stats? Is that against enemies or what? The Jade shop is a bit confusing as to the effects of the bonus upgrades.
A few suggestions: What is the score for? I see I'm getting increases to my score but can't find it mentioned anywhere. Second, it seems the upgrade for the newsstand doesn't actually work. Third, the two color system for the business is confusing, frequently in games green means you ca buy them and red you can't afford them. It might be easier for the time being to make them all the same color. Last, I'd just like to also say it would be really nice to know what each business is earning and how long the cycle is.
All in all not bad for a first attempt, keep up the good work.
Few suggestions: 1.Have to agree, change the name of the game please. 2. The white font on a peach(?) background is really difficult to read, a darker font would be better. 3. More through instructions instructions would help considerably. For several launches I thought the only function you had that worked was the launch button. 4 Larger font on the different skills and abilities.
All in all an okay start to a launch game
Any input on the bug that prevents combat from finishing? It essentially has halted my game, which is rather fun, but I'm not thrilled at the thought of having to restart?
I trying to collect as many data as possible to solve this bug,
can you help me by providing me with information about your current stats?
quest, location, enemy, or knight talents used in battle?
Thank you so muchh!
Fun game, but I'm not really seeing any difference in the lures other than the rate they sink. Are the lures supposed to have different effects towards different levels of the food chain or different size fish?
Has anyone else experienced a situation where the offline break counter is running at around 25%? It didn't seem to be running properly the last time I logged in, and so I checked my progress against the amount of time I spent offline and its consistently logging around 25% of actual time offline.
Fun, simple and straight forward. Only suggestion is to try to make it fit the space available better. When you get to higher levels the images become rather pixelated and you can't make out the images very well.
Great! Glad you like it. We worked hard to make sure that the most important crusader isn't always newest crusader.
