For those complaining about the luck in this game, I say its all about configuring a good deck, if you still didn't noticed it. Luck will play a important part if you let the number of each card in the deck as it is by default (3 of each). Low attack and building cards have almost no use, it's better to raise the count of mid-level cards, strategic cards (like Thief) and cards like Apprentice, School... Last tip: although is good to have a good amount of high-level cards, it'll only difficult your game if your hand is full of Banshees and Babylons when you have no points to play it.
Liked the game, but it is very similar to a bigger one called Braid, with the same depressing mood, sad story about a couple once separated and even the gameplay, side-scrolling, use of shadows to solve problems... Very, very similar, the diference is that Braid ir a plataform game, bigger, better grafics, much more difficult puzzles...
