Well looking at your save data, it does appear that you have not defeated the first demon lieutenant in the game. Do that and quests will become unlocked.
We do list it in the hot keys page in the guide book, and in the Kong game instructions. Of course, auto-progress is also only available after your first reset, so finding out after your 3rd isn't too bad. :)
