A tip for anybody struggling with the hard campaign: Reduce the total number of cards in your deck. The default deck has around 124 cards, I played with 84 and beat each area in a few tries. Stock up on the most important cards and then remove as many of the others as you can. Having fewer cards will increase the frequency of your ideal cards being dealt. As for dealing with the sacrifice cards, you have to bait the computer into using them often, as eventually they will cripple themselves.
This is just life for anyone who works in entertainment. Musicians, Actors, Artists and now Developers have to learn how to deal with the fact that the value/success of your creations has nothing to do with your skill or the time spent on them and everything to do with other peoples opinions of the game.
Not a bad game at all, and I'm not going to hate on a dev who would like to earn a little something back for their efforts. But, I would agree with most, that this demo doesn't offer enough value for me to want to purchase the full game. I would recommend you first build a fan base for your game, through one or more full series, then come out with a deluxe release which you can charge for.
For example, I would pay for a new suicide salaryman. I loved the first 3 series so much and still want more. s how you build a profitable gaming property.
