Players should be able to buy the "gold only" items with silver, even if it is 10x more expensive in silver vs gold, there should be an option, because the bonuses on the gold only items are WAY above what you can get for just paying in silver...
You've got a start here, couple things i see, the ratio of degrees of turn to mouse movement needs to be checked out, and the mouse off screen is a major problem, and, i understand what Chrixxx is saying, the mouse sensitivity needs turned down quite a bit, cool start though.
