Yes, when you fail painting something you die. That should be a new policy.
Also those people seem to have a surgically build-in bombs that would go off when paint gets on your skin.

why do i get a Ring of ruby every time i open a chest? also there is a bug with spells, sometimes i want to swap spells, i remove one but cant bind the new one to the slot, as if the old one stays in the place. sometimes i use a spell that is slotted, but instead i activate another spell in my inventory, which gets fixed after i reassign the spell i need
