I like the new dot on the upgrades, but it's pointless with the angel upgrades. If you make it appear for those, make it only appear for ones that don't prompt you with the are you sure message.
I think another good feature would be to change the loot drop settings to toggles rather than "this or better". I often find myself wanting to pick up the white (stackable) and blues but no greens. Which currently isn't possible.
