If people don't want their poorly built game rated 1/5 they shouldn't add it here. Granted, some games get low ratings out of stupid reasons, but the overall rating is usually pretty fair. 2/5 from me.
A good game that gets 2/5 from me since it claims to be a RPG but really there's just one option; go for magic. If you're mainly melee, you'll die. I was only melee and couldn't even hurt the priest. Annoying as hell.
I'm a big fan of the Fantasy Kommander series and this is just it in a new costume. To me, it brings nothing new at all. FK 1 is still the best, since there you had some sort of options - it was possible to take different paths and you could use different units (all viable). CW is actually not even as good as FK. Specially frustrating with the last(?) map where you have to bash down 600 HPs from the boss, even my general didn't hit for harder than 15 at best - so apparently I didn't upgrade according to the one and only way you can beat the game.
Good game, although I'm having some troubles with the scarabs. Even with 2 flamerats hitting them they sometimes blow up in my base...seems wrong and tacky.
Load, load and load. Then I got the error message - game is full, please return to lobby. Then I got the error message that I needed to refresh because the game couldn't return to lobby. Load, load, load...
And behind all the loading is a pretty decent game, although the grinding for autofire is killing my fingers. 2/5, would be higher if I could play more and load less...
Looked like a fairly entertaining game up until a much larger ship swooped in (on the first map) and obliterated me with one hit. Awesome. Now I have to pay Uridium (pay-to-get, or scrounge pitiful amounts) to respawn... which I think I won't do.
Why, can't you beat the game without the Kred upgrades? I don't see the harm in it, as long as it's possible to finish it all (specially for the achievements) without buying the damage boost and stuff. It's not shamefully marketed like in other games at least.
Basicly it's and old and proven idea that could have been fun here too. But the game is slow - I'm not talking about lag or bad performance, it's just that the hero is walking too slow without any apparent update on that. And the pick-up-coins-before-they-disappear thingy is annoying.
And I just noticed that my progress wasn't saved like on any other game. Obviously a major drawback for puzzle games with multiple levels - I don't think it would be fun to do the first 13 levels again to find out if the last levels are harder.
