I feel like alot of the levels have a quick burst of balloons designed to lower the 100 percent rate dramatically. Like out of nowhere there's just this cheesy push on the second or third wave that is just annoying to deal with.

Fastest way to get money/upgrade is to just replay the first 3 missions on 4x speed. Resources from cities is too slow.
