Of couse ai is reacting faster than player, but we can be smarter. At the start I was thinking to make it's not so agressive but then found few tactics.
For artillery you can use this tip:
1) Send few units (1 - 3) from one building and AI immediately starts to attack them.
2) Use reloading delay to make massive attack.
