I'm frustrated that a hotel with a 5-star rating will inherently lose tons of approval over time. You can't get higher than 5-star to raise approval, but anything below 5-star drops your rating.
One of my favorite parts about these games is how the music shifts and builds as you get things done. The track for this game is particularly excellent!
My only criticism is that the art style sometimes makes it difficult to find important game elements.
I'd really like some way to remove "upgrades" from my outposts... I didn't realize that once you fill the first 3 green slots you can never unlock the other 6.
My favorite moment was when I had no idea what to do on the second to last level, flailed about madly, and what do you know, everything worked out in the end.
Imploders kill burrowed hunters. Dunno if this is a bug or not, but a huge wall of imploders is the only thing that saved me on the final wave of the last day.
While a great game overall, I found that (more or less) the exact same strategy worked for every single level without fail, which kinda made things a bit boring after a while.
Heh, if you can push a fire titan and a water titan to their base, then cast Athena's Protection on them (reduce all damage taken to zero for a duration), you get dead base. The fire titan tornadoes all the enemy units, including the revenge surges, and the water titan knocks back stragglers. Omnomnom, all your base are belong to us.
Thank you very much :)
