[bug] The bonuses actually lost when you ascend. You get the 15min research boost; after 7min u reset your progress, and with the research bonus it should be go with the researches as far as the previous run. But it's not doing it... (The tooltips are the same, but the ticks are reset to the base value without the boost.)
Sadly I wasn't able to reproduce this. Do you remember which the last researched product was for each run? Have you reprioritized the researchs by clicking in the research list?
