There's not really much thought here to the way different actions interact with each other. In addition to the already mentioned shared cooldown bar, there's also plenty of characters with utterly useless attacks. For example, the bandit's stab does three damage and only attacks at close range. His bow, however, does five damage, has a shorter cooldown than stab, and works equally effectively at close range and far.
Although most of the class choices that involve spells seem fairly useless, being able to teleport allies into any room you can see inside with necromancer is pretty awesome.

I wish there was some sort of exp award even for partial completion. It's kind of annoying to almost win, and then get nothing but a nearly pointlessly-small sum of coins.
