beat the game using only knife. If anyone is having trouble using only knife for boss battle then my advice is to: First off get right close to him and stab his face in. When you see him open his mouth for the first time move backwards and slow time to dodge the bullets. When he has completed his second burst of bullets then get close to him again and try to dodge the quick third burst of bullets but it doesn't really matter if you get hit. keep stabbing him and don't bother trying to dodge the fly swatter. When he opens his mouth for the spazzed face-eggs then go backwards a little and stab the eggs when they come. Go and stab him again, ignoring the fly swatter. Keep doing this until you win.
you should be able to fight back by throwing bottles at the owner (takes fiver smashes to subdue him) or whack him with the crowbar in the garage (takes three whacks to subdue him) and each bit of damage slows him down
I found a glitch on stage 5, if you kill an orc right next to the barn door then you can jump on it's head and go over the door so you can fight the dragon without even having to solve the puzzle :)
