If Hippolyta says the "Okay, you can slow down now" at just the wrong time, you can get shot in the back with arrows before she can get past the first syllable of "Arrows, from behind". Replacing the verbal arrow warnings with a red border in the appropriate directions would be an easy fix
There are too many sounds to distinguish between the music, the death animations, the sounds the rider makes, the sounds from upcoming enemies, and the arrow warnings. There should at least be an option to turn off the music if nothing else.
The farmers are impossible to avoid if you are being chased by a rider and there are other enemies ahead of them- their speech literally doesn't occur until you are already dead
It's really frustrating how you basically have to choose between getting the ruby ramps and going for combos. I wish there was some way to dive to the ground to hit a ramp :(
This game would honestly be better if instead of clicking you typed a number to indicate duration. At least then I wouldn't have hundreds of deaths from random variations of like 2 ms.
Apparently dragons can appear as early as day 8?! Also worth noting that the dragon's damage seems to be dependent on the day, so how well-equipped you are RELATIVE TO THE DAY is probably the determining factor. Which is to say, yeah, it probably is possible to get into a situation where being completely upgraded isn't enough (but it would have to be like day 16 or something)
Always multiples of three when you need to craft things. Also, if you are having troubles with weight, make your shells into plate, your hide into leather, your ores into ingots, and your herbs and berries into potions. Definitely saves weight,
There is a glitch where the plane releasing gas hurts itself with the gas it is currently releasing. It makes 1948 far more difficult than it needs to be, since you have to restart every time the glitch occurs.
The bombing made me feel like I was developing carpal tunnel. You should just be able to hold the mouse button down to keep the bombs coming, because otherwise it is physically painful to play the game for more than 5 minutes in the harder levels.
Movement is completely impossible, the game moves you in directions that you don't even press half the time. That is a pretty horrible error for a game that has been out this long. The chainsaw is completely worthless and it is sometimes impossible to hit enemies because of the limited range of motion in the character's arm.
This game also needs a "hold position" option, an "avoid enemies", option, and a way to forfeit. Sitting for a minute waiting for the dragon to kill my shield is really annoying.
The AI sucks, and controlling the bots manually is way harder than it needs to be. It would have been much better if the bots and/or actions could be hotkeyed so that you don't have to click and drag only to die because "follow" was read as "move here". It doesn't help that for things like challenge 2 you have to try to make sure that you don't mess up once over the course of like 2 minutes of clicking and dragging.
