If you are starting now and trying to figure which weapon is the best, go with the shotgun. Don't bother buying any other weapon before you max out your shotgun.
Here is how you get the Mount Magma hard badge:
1. ninja monkey
2. left upgrade ninja monkey
3. right upgrade ninja monkey
4. left upgrade ninja monkey
5. cannon tower
6. right upgrade cannon tower
7. right upgrade cannon tower
8. left upgrade cannon tower
9. left upgrade cannon tower
10. left upgrade cannon tower
You will need to use tacks here and there to avoid losing before completing the 10th step. Don't bother with tacks at the beginning, use them only when you are about to lose. I had 18 lives at this point. After you buy this upgrade it becomes really easy to get the badge. The next tower I got was the apprentice monkey, but I guess anything will work.
Got the badge. Here is the percentages I got:
Total:1654%
1-5:
100%, 80%, 100%, 100%, 100%
6-10:
100%, 100%, 100%, 100%, 100%
11-15:
100%, 100%, 62%, 31%, 58%
16-20:
81%, 36%, 64%, 90%, 52%
If you find this comment useful give it a plus so that other people can know where to improve to get the badge.
The multiple ducks addition is stupid. It doesn't add anything to the game, it just augments the amount of grinding you have to do. Also most minigames are boring/pointless and require no skill whatsoever.
I probably should have used only reactors and I could have organized them better, but emitter level is currently at 290 and my defense is still up. Another lesson would be to build -a lot- more mortar towers instead of many blasters I built. Which was what I had to do after I took that screenshot in order to survive.
You should be able to disable animations and to select research more than one item simultaneously. It would also be great to be able to view your zombie status on the front page.
Good game! The animations do get annoying fast though, you should allow us to skip them. Also try to make the game more difficult. For instance, spawning points could start spawning stronger creatures over time.
It is possible to kill the boss by close combat. Try to save the most men you can (I reached the boss with 132 men) and just keep your ship close to him and make sure you keep firing your cannons. I killed the boss and 3 ship that appeared while we were battling.
Getting money is *very* annoying. This game needs more interaction with the actual action taking place, and less mindlessly-hovering-the-mouse-around-the-screen.
Just open google maps on a tab beside the game. The timer will stop counting when you change tabs, giving you plenty of time to search where the hell is Hyzne.
"Loot room to fill with 44 Loots, 2 Trophies and 5 Medals from epic challenges !" ==> 100% ;)
