Lag seems fine now, oddly enough. Some thoughts: the game is too grindy - it gets tedious; the items will sometimes be where you can't get them (under the floor, in the walls). The graphics, music, and gameplay are all good, though! Just needs a little polish. :-)
Didn't have much choice really, Mochimedia (the guys responsible for the in-game ads on other sites, and in the in-game highscore boards closed down) and so because it couldn't connect to their servers anymore it stopped working. I wasn't going to just leave the game broken. As a gamer I hate Devs who do that sorta stuff so no way was I going to.
It is incredibly nice to see someone come back and play it again almost a year later though. Totally brightened my day, thanks.
Good game. A few suggestions: anticlimatic ending and a lack of story (bosses are cool, saving the girl is cool); turrets are a FANTASTIC idea, but they need easier, point-and-click selection for placement and upgrades; glitchy animation, where it cycles through varying units (only on the small, humanoid bad guys, if I recall correctly - on the plus side, I like the art); too easy; seems a wee bit laggy, at least in the hero's animation; the dash feature is too sensitive (it can happen inadvertently while changing direction), and should be upgradable (I like it, though). So, lots to like - a little polish and I think this'll be even better. Really like the steampunk setting. 4/5, favorited, recommended. Thanks, and Godspeed.
Please give the option to turn off auto-pause. It's irritating, as I don't want to be unable to do anything else on my computer when grinding with the AI.
I agree, the AI allies are awful. I also feel like the hero's sword shockwave is too precise - should have a bigger hitbox. Directional change can be hard when smacking "J." The thief's rage attack should be all-directional. So, yeah, just keep polishing this and you'll have something epic on your hands. Graphics, music, and gameplay are all good.
Hi, the bug have been fixed, thanks for telling us.
