I wasn't a newbie. I started the game with all progress lost after the update and got this new help menu. I Xed it out and started the game fresh and new, like it was a hard reset. NOOOOOO!!!
This is really kinda only a little bit like an idle game in the sense that energy regenerates over time, and you use that energy to buy stuff in the shop.
