If you get attacked and destroyed a lot, maybe redesign your base and attack back? This is a multiplayer Player vs Player game. Only way to success is complete anihillation. Deal with it. :)
Firstly, impossible badges are supposed to be challenging, not time-consuming like this one. Secondly, even if your "suggestion" was on the top, KIXEYE couldn't change it, because it is greg that works on badges. And I doubt he watches there comments.
If you are online, you cannot be attacked, so that's why they log you off with that timeout. You can be offline while your upgrades are going. Hope this helped at all...
If 10,000 Shiny is too expensive, why don't you just go buy 1,200 Shiny for $10? :I That amount is more than enough, regarding I have not bought even 1 Shiny.
