The game should autosave after every player action. We have seen some players unable to save but haven't pinned down the reason yet -- what browser and OS are you on?
@Zilyana when systems get backed up, packages can be sent off in directions you don't want them to. Keep this in mind. Some people decide to utilize this to create against-bias compact setups, though the downside of this is that you have to set up the against-bias again if you ever click Clear Tracks.
This is the sort of game where you purposefully utilize online storage to circumvent the lack of online saves. Having to start over after getting to chapter 3 bonus dungeon sucks big time.
