Image 2247 is the pic we prefer of Elijah. If its not to late is it possible to have his mothers name (that is myself) be listed as Emily (Boltz) DeLaCruz? My husband told me that he just put us as Tony and Emily DeLaCruz, but some people know me as my maiden name. So however its typically done to include mom's maiden name...Thanks and have a happy holiday!
