a word of advice for the three headed dragon WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T POISON THE ONE WITH RED EYES AKA ABYSS IT WILL HEAL IT, that battle took forever cause it healed 14k every turn and was so annoying because it kept summoning skull ghosts.
The best advice I can give is to scan all enemies immediatly and invest in a wide variety of elemental spells. With Matt you should upgrade nettle and have black fang equiped, with Natzz you pretty much NEED healmore and revive along with fire, ice and lightning. And with Lance you want to just invest in skills.
finally a save feature he really outdid himself with this game, and the freedom aspect is nice along with the ability to train if your stuck and to flee if your screwed :p
