That error occurs when you're unable to reach the account server, which is typically a symptom of using Internet Explorer. Currently, the game is only compatible with Firefox and Chrome. If you're using Firefox or Chrome and still got that issue, please reply back! We're working on a better error message for the gender lock issue (and IE users in general).
