Been killing bunnies for 10 minutes and still can't get that second piece of wood. Can we buy them in the shop after a while? Depending on luck for the drops makes this more endless than most idle games.
Enh. Bunch of manic clicking to overwhelm the forces on the other side. Not quite what I was hoping for. Too many lanes to manage, units are either too slow or too weak (and the weak ones outrun the slow ones no matter how much lead time you give them), so you end up waiting for the "charge," which is usually after the enemy gets his (leaving you at a disadvantage.
The "Risk" part of the gameplay and the fact that you have to move your "seat of power" every time you want to invade are tedious, not fun.
Concept is great, but for those of us with crappy reflexes, even 1x speed is really fast to take into account when the tower health is dropping or if those suicide units are zooming in.
Thought the game was addictive. Advice for the sequel:
1) fewer upgrades, but make them more powerful.
2) explanation in the in-game tutorial as to what the tower maximum upgrades are
3) enemy stats on mouseover
As others have said, it's a good start, but needs more work on understanding language. If the computer is lying to me, it needs to be able to explain (or refuse to explain) its lies, other than giving me an "I don't understand" message when I ask questions like, "what are the radiation levels outside" or "what are the outside conditions"? I also asked "how long was I in hibernation" and "why was I awoken" and the computer didn't have a good answer for those, either. These really diminished my enjoyment of the game. Also, one should be able to click on the things one's looking at, even if only for flavor. Music's good, though.
Fun, but needs some tweaks - a better understanding of how the stats work, some sort of warning as to whether or not you can finish the dungeon with the stats you have, and a little quicker gameplay.
