I'm currently in the progress of creating a TD game, I'm trying to match the quality of Kingdom Rush and Bloons TD 5, which is a high order. So I checked out the lowest rated tower defense game on Kongregate, this game. I must admit that seeing how this game has 13,867 plays inspired me and for that I owe you my thanks dear Teknik and I sincerely hope you'll create games of vastly higher quality in the future, because you deserve it, thank you. :)
This time around (I haven't been on kongregate for a long long time), it's actually 2013, the 6th of June at that, and still no further progress. I've become an advanced C# programmer by now and it's a shame that I can't (Easily) notice any progress in this specific game.
It might not be the best of games, but it's a great fundation for an easy to understand / free / Age of Empires type of game. With some unique elements this game could get high in a list of favourites, a whole lot of revamps are needed. But a solid game can arise from the completion / upgrade of this one. ;)
Hmmm, pretty intruiging. I liked the inspirational / intelligent remarks that were made at the completion of every level, a nice little puzzler.
Furthermore I love the smooth elements brought into the gameplay and the interface. Namely the spinning of the wheel around any menu icon, and the smoothness of every motion your main actor (sperm-alike thing) undertakes. ;)
Very short, but very clever / smooth, well done! ^^
It's almost 2013 now, and I'd like to say that it's a shame to see that there haven't been any improvements made on this specific game. It still has a lot of potential, and this time around I do in fact now a ton more about making games than before. I assume that many of the glitches aren't too difficult to solve and I know many many possible improvements to the system. But these cannot be applied if the maker isn't here, what a shame. :/
This might be a stretch for the developer, but it'd be real cool if you could add an option / tool that allows us to bind notes together, resulting in longer notes and more fluent creations, I'd really appreciate considering this! ;)
No Snotling, it's just that andermant drops so very little, and there are soooo many things to buy with andermant that costs loads, if they'd increase the droprate of andermant, or just the amount (instead of 5-20, 50-70) then the game would be much much more enjoyable. Some honor point cost decreasals and crystals of truth for legendary decreasals would already improve the game by at least 30% and all you really have to do is change some numbers in base values.
I really like the game, but it would be nice if we could get up to 5 chests in the vault by buying with fame, 1st one for free like always and then increasingly priced fame chests. Just 5, leave the other 10 be as gold chests, this would make stuff so much more reliable, which would be kind of nice, if not, maybe 3 chests. We like a little insurenance :)
Excuse my grammar and lack of knowledge, but to make this game more interesting, like nol5000 said, add some kind of perks. There must be some kind of substances or cells that improve the growing abillities of neurons. Attributes that could be affected are the decreasal rate of the range of the circle of extention, the amount of enemy neuron encouters, the strength of the powerups, lifesaving huge extentions as a last resort effort to allow players to continue, although this should not be a choice, but a perk, not like "Do you wish to continue?", so yeah, those are some thoughts, I hope it helped ;P
@john454 and anyone else, recurring operations, especially immumizing your people are operations that last mutiple days, and as for the costs, that'd be ~6000 - 9000 dollars per day, that's why the money keeps draining, as you're immumizing your people, you will approximately immumize half of the country's healthy people per day, hope that helps ;)
I love the game, and I love the music, but the music stays awesome for only 300 "listen throughs", after that, it can get boring, but then the next day it's fine, but I'd like to see some kind of other awesome music tracks that you can buy in the shop for a lot of shards, I dunno.
Does anyone agree?
As the easy going fella I am, I played through on "Pretty Easy", and that was awesome, I love the game and it's greatly been improved, but one BIG Flaw, the bloody celebrations, when having your happiness on 90% or higher along with somebody leading the Chosen Ones in a random Church you own (they ask you for allowance), but when you do have the combo, you have a chance of at least 80% that 1 person will leave to go to that bond and people will go celebrating. And when they do, you won't be able to do anything, but the zombies keep coming, oh, you can still activate guards though, and deactivate them, that at the very least.
But having completed 1 ending, I kept on fighting and miserably failed by celebrating at least 7 turns in a row, and with zombie hordes coming non-stop, that's quite a pain in the ass, so, that's one little flaw. Still love the game though 5/5!! ;D
I love this game, I've been playing World Rebellion for the last two months, loved it / hated it, because I loved the idea of the game, but setting your armies and using them immediately was sooo unfair and not even to begin about the dice rolling in that game, it was rediculous.
Then I saw this game pop up, and it looked pretty cool, and I started playing it, and I LOVE IT, it's like a super version of World Rebellion II, so many more options, levels, a shop, cool emblems, even kick-ass music, and the maps are so diversable, there's soooo many, and there's gonna be a map-editor.....I fcking love you.
I barely couldn't ask for more, but increasing the time to place units would be very nice, double it or maybe triple it, or better yet, every time you add 1 unit, you get 1 more time unit to place the units, if that makes sense :)
Don't worry about the attacking time limiter though, that's perfect ;D
Straight up 5/5 outta this one, even though it's a prototype.
I loved the game, even though it was easy, it was hard enough to keep me concentrated, and I could handle this game, it wasn't too hard, but I had to struggle through, I got 53200 points in the end, Awesome!! I love the music, it's very relaxing and still gives you a thinking moment, the graphics are bloody amazing!! I love how smoothly the game works and the way you go back to the level overview is just Epic, 5/5.
Ps: Did anyone get to level 30, the last cannon challenge and had a reaction like: "*level loading*, yeah these cannon levels are super-easy, but awesome *level loaded* *you look at it*..........Aaah WHAT THE F!@#" XD
Daaaaamn, I got a SS Rating of 2285 with all the completions I could've had, that's awesome. Sitting back a year to train and do the league again is a great way to become insanely powerfull, and I got all 5 unique characters, and with that, the awesomeness really ascends. Defeating the King was awesome, and then getting a rating like that makes me soo proud, I love the game, and the music was great as well, and a nice display and naviagtional system, I got along so easily, after half an hour it felt like I had been playing this game for months, being that agile with the controls, quests and training, totally loved it. 5/5
Finally a game on which I can reach the Leaderboards, that makes me feel good, and the music is great as well, although it sounds kind of abscent, try Fire, it sounds semi-muted, it's nice, but High Quality full sound is more for me :)
The dice seriously have something against me, okay, now 5 vs 6 should not end in 0 vs 5, and no way in hell is 37 vs 0 >> 0 vs 1, LIKE WTF. I mean, I love the game, but the dice system sometimes ruins the game for me, because I can't blame myself, in real life at least I get to roll the dice, and it'd be my fault, but that, that's just bullcrap, I'll be playing risk in real life. Sorry to bother you with all this :'(
Glad that you love the game :D Thanks!
