This game is fantastic. And all the outside references made it so much more fun! (I was a little surprised about mapleton being a password, though, it's such a small city -- i'm not even sure it's a city -- that i was almost wary to use it.)
Hey, if it's lagging, what I did was I removed the mouse from the area, and it would go back to being normal. Great music, by the way, very glad the lounge song is available for download, i spent a long while in the lounge it's that good.
Everyone says its really laggy, but I'm not experiencing that. Also, if your car isn't moving, just pause the game by pressing outside the game, and it'll go back to normal. Pretty okay game, if I say so myself.
!! You can not only choose your own gender -- including the nonbinary genders too -- but your lover can be any gender as well. Not only is a cute game, with a lovable story and beautiful music, but the character color and genders really give the game a personalized touch.
