i hope this is a bug, but my tavern "refresh timer" resets everytime i relog into the game to 24hrs, therefore it will only refill heros for free if i stay logged for 24 straight hours(i assume, not gonna try it) or upgrade it....
It's a display bug, we will fix that soon. actually the tavern refresh every 24 hour
