Got to chapter 5. All the pills are in the following order:
White - Cloud Puke. You can fly when u are inside it. Same propulsion of normal puke.
Red - Very far shooting puke. Shots far better than normal puke and Propulsion is better.
Black - Puke that stay where it got touched. You can step into it and use it to scalate walls and pass over spikes. But caltion, it drains very fast the gauge and it got the worst propulsion in the game =)

You could insert a new category of equip: spell.
Using the spell equiped, you cast it using X, taking MP, but dealing greater damage.
The scrolls u would buy in the shop.
