The Vulcan Challenge is completely broken. When I start to shoot, it's okay for a bit, then my framerate goes all to hell, and this somehow means that the zombies can go from the edge to me in the time it takes for one bullet to fire.
Sometimes, I SWEAR the line is on dodge/attack/whatever, but it doesn't work. I'm not talking about being right on the edge, I mean the line is two segments in both directions of performing an action. What the hell.
Terrible, but could be pretty good if you just fix all the obvious problems. On the sniper parts, sometimes the guy takes like fifteen seconds to reload. Mouse goes outside window. WASD instead of this goofy arrow key nonsense (or both, at least). Make altering your gun, you know, MATTER. Why would anyone bother putting a silencer on their gun, if it only costs them range? Why shouldn't I put that full stock on that SMG? Or use the biggest mag I can?
Too much guessing. I never really solved a puzzle, it was basically just click on everything until something worked. When I saw numbers, I went and put those numbers in the place where they go.
What's the whole point of the base? The tutorial says something about base upgrades. Maybe if health regenerated when you were docked or something it might have some sort of purpose.
Also: enemies that die from impacts don't drop credits. Why? The railgun has an upgrade that adds impact to shots, which only makes it less likely for you to get anything from them. It's very satisfying to fly above enemies and smash them into the ground with it.
There is a base upgrade called "Repair Pad" that heals you at your base. In addition the "Defense Buildings" upgrade to your base give you a HP boost and a regeneration rate. Just posted your credit fix in the new bug, great idea!
Indeed. I will let it like this.
