dj1988 its not a bug, it is because when you lose after fighting for 5 seconds for example, you win the amount of exp you would win in 5 second if you were online, and since you usually win more exp when you're offline you usually win more exp by losing.
I gave the game another try, and what it lacks in character progress(getting stronger, leveling up, equipping new items, etc) makes up in story, not a dull moment, looking forward to the next chapter, my only suggestion would be unlocking the vending machine for ever, meaning that i can purchase upgrades for my team members despite what mission i completed(or have to complete), or being able to level up, or being able to purchase equipment(weapons, armors, etc), sadly in this chapter the only upgrades that were worth anything were the hp and sp upgrades, but you only get 5 of those and you can only use each of those on one character.
Can anyone tell me what is the big deal with this game?, the story seems interesting and it has some hilarious moments but all that goes down the drain because of the battles, they are completely useless, you dont win experience, you dont get stronger, you cant use your money to purchase better equipment, so basically battles are just there to annoy, not to have fun, this is basically an interesting story with unnecessary battles in the middle.
I assume the 15% increased attack speed that come from fencing and blitz is 15% extra attack(the stat), if thats the case could you make it so that i see the actual attack i currently have if i select fencing and/or blitz, that way i can see if im better off with fencing and blitz instead of dual swords and barrage.
Attack speed does not affect the stats, it only changes the speed of the animations. Shorter fights mean more exp and gold over time and better results in the Top 8 Duels list.
throckmeisterz, if you pay a little attention you would realize you can unlock all classes for free, this game is pretty much one of the few examples left of games where you can get everything without paying, even the prems can drop of monsters, you can accumulate power tokens and buy anything you want, its not even hard, any player that plays this game can tell you that there isnt any game that lets you get everything for free.
"Fixed an error when submitting stats to Kong. Should no longer hang after mission 48 or when getting certain achievements." It still hangs after level 48, no continue button.
Besides the game having an innumerable amount of flaws now I cant finnish it? When you beat level 48 there is no cutscene, no continue button, anything, not even a "congratulation: you wasted your time in such a poor designed and untested game!", Im amazed that this game is rated above 3.0.
More bad things: If I play a match and lose I dont get to win any exp, this is complete crap, in SFH 1 and 2 you get exp and money for each enemy you kill no matter the result(win or lose), now if I play a team deathmatch to 100 kills and my team screws up I dont get anything in return. Im amazed by how this game seems to develop issues as I play. Did you test this game before uploading it?.
I played more to find out if maybe it got better overtime, not only it didnt I also found out that the shop only refresh two items at a time(per match), that means that if I want to fully refresh the shop(all 12 items) I have to play 6 matches, and thats ridiculous, in SFH 2 you got 6 weapons and 6 attachments/armors in the shop and they all refreshed after each match, im actually wondering why the game has so much obstacles for the player(the slow refreshing, the tired team members). It seems like you are trying to prolong the game too much with so little content.
Now things I did like: the fact that you can actually freeze people, the fact that you can upgrade existing weapons, some abilities like gunslingers increasing critical chance by 10% by being near them, medics healing a little bit every 3 seconds by being near them, that is a step in the right direction, because they can now heal/inspire the team by being near them, not just with killstreaks.
It seems this game has at least thrice as many stages but they're poorly done. I loved when I was on a mission and your teammates talk and point out things, it makes you feel that they're actually alive, not to mention characters(AI) had a backstory, behaviors, etc that were unique to them, now my teammates are random bots that are recruited, shoot enemies, and thats it, no personality, they dont even yell anything when they, I, or any enemy activates its killstreak, its like they're dead already. You took everything that was really good in the previous strike force heroes and put it in the trash. This series is a stain in the name of the strike force heroes series. I honestly recommend you take this off kongregate, and remade it. This is not strike force heroes. I was happy because strike force heroes 3 came to kongregate, turns out it didnt.
When I saw that strike force heroes 3 was out I was really happy... and then I played it. Leveling up your characters is a pain in the ass, you have to level up every member for an optimal team, some of them get suddenly tired, please explain how does team members getting tired improves this game. One positive thing is that you can manage and customize your team(which I personally dont care about, I like to focus on my player). The story: I played until stage 8 and there isnt any story as you progress, the first 2 games have beatifull storys, there was always a description on what you had to acomplish on the level(storywise) and sometimes some cutscenes, in this one you enter a level to beat some enemies and thats it, no progress, no sense of acomplishment.
I love the "Nowhere safe" series, but this one was really short, and had only 1 choice that didnt even affect the outcome, so it was a bit of a let down after nowhere safe 2 that was long, have multiple choices and multiple ends; that being said still looking forward to the next installment; could you clear something for me, I tought matsu was supposed to be an ilusion, whats up with the ending?, or is the ending gonna make sense once I play the next installment?
Thanks for your support. Some parts of the series will be short and will usually alternate (1 short and then 1 long, etc) Yes, the ending will make sense in the next installment. There are clues throughout that reveal the truth about Matsu, though.
The game doesnt load, and this message pop up:
The browser could not allocate enough memory for the WebGL content. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating less memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings.
Any idea what this is?
Yeah, webGL is still a little hit and miss and that's kinda why I put this online to iron out the bugs before making a big game only to find out it doesn't work ;-) Thanks for the feedback, it's very helpful...only suggestion for now is try another browser!
