Really? This is it? I was gonna give the game a 1 or a 2 just because you asked for a rating, but, after playing it for a few minutes, I see it actually deserves that.
It's a nice try. To be totally honest, keyboard controls don't really work for flight sims for me. But to those saying that up should go up, I prefer it to be more realistic, where towards the player moves the nose of the ship or plane up. ;-)
