kept getting a "you were caught" when a level started. Then I could walk around in front of cops and they wouldn't care.

Cutty2k. The answer accepts the correct word "too" as well as the common misuses of "to" and "two". You obviously used the wrong form when answering or you wouldn't have noticed.
