If you like this game, try this similar game on Kongregate, that, while it lacks multiplayer, has the same style of gameplay. I think it's better, but it just doesn't have multiplayer... It's called Raze 2 If you have time, you should try it!
Shotguns are sniper rifles, and you can't hit the broad side of a barn while standing up. Cash is too hard to get, or you have to buy it, but it's a free flash game... Not only that, all weapons cost SOME amount of cash, unless they're just not good enough to be used for other than killing squirrels (i.e. Cobra, Calico, Uzi, Glock, etc...) Upgrade system is good, if you got more than 1 xp and 1 coin per kill... CoD makes about 250 kills for the last lvl, not including match bonuses...this game...1350 kills (at your level) for lvl 9... and no bonuses... I'd like a little tuning. - this comment if you want... I just wanted to complain :)
Sometimes it's nice just to kick back, take a break from war games and strategy games with explosions and such to play a game with great artwork, relaxing music, and a nice atmosphere. Thanks.
What's cool is, not only do you totally smash into the jawbreaker on a perfect launch, you also rob him as you bounce off of him! Also, which shopkeeper in Candyland is selling you these upgrades? Candyland black market, perhaps... And they let gummy bears ride around town on ballistic missiles and running around with bombs... The cops have far worse problems on their hands besides a bison trying to smash through a mirror wall.
A little tip: If you have a good weapon, and you're on a low lvl, you can get into a high lvl game and try to kill people there. It's tough, but you get more xp if they're on a higher level than you, up to 10 xp per kill if they're 10 levels higher than you. Just a little tip I'd like to share.
I love the game, but one thing I would like to see changed: Max players per team. I see many games where it's 4 on 2, and that makes it so no more people can join to make it fair, while one team is outnumbered. Maybe make it 3 max per team, so it's 6 max players. That may help.
For anyone who gets really far, let me tell you: The autofire turret is a MUST. Around wave 30 or 50 or so, these enemies that look like shurikens or jewish stars appear, and are extremely armored against most attacks. Their armor is very strong, and weapons don't normally do good damage against it--except for the autofire turret, which, at even a low level, does critical damage to it. At higher levels, it may kill it in one hit. Just letting you guys know that you will need the turret sometime.
For anyone confused about the Maker's functions, "Produce" makes anti-creeper at the chosen rate (1x, 2x, 4x). "Charge" produces anti-creeper, but keeps it inside the maker. The bar fills up to show how much anti-creeper is inside. Click the burst buttons to release this creeper all at one time, or 10% at a time. "Vacuum" sucks up anti-creeper at whatever rate, and converts it back into ore so you can use it somewhere else. However, it only converts anti-creeper into ore if you have enough ore storage to hold it. If not, it won't absorb your creeper. Hope that clears some things up.
Change I'm kinda scared of from other Boxhead games: The demons don't shoot fireballs that can be blocked by barricades, they shoot armor-piercing high-damaging quick-reloading FLAMETHROWERS. This makes it unable for me to hide behind my barricades and lob grenades at the mobs, which is cool, but also not cool... 5/5
