yes, those are around if not the exact levels for the different tiers. Just putting it out there you gain the teir when you spend a certain amount of SP. By level 70 you have spent eneugh SP to unlock the 4th tier.
Just to clear it up there are 86 badges. The 3 you cant see are for getting high comcos. Your combo increases by 1-4 if you let go right when the power hits 99 or 100.
Your grade at the end of a level gives you grade points. grades from D-S with pointd from 3-15. You cannot play a level twice and get 6 points from getting a d twice. The combo above your head increases your damage by a ton. You can get combo by realeasing the arrow when it's power is at 99 or 100. You have to time it well or you will lose your combo. Combo does NOT increase your score.
the third secret badge has to do with an old update. When Crovy made the update to add ascending, You could become godly extremlely fast. He soon made an update to lower the bonuses from ascension. You could then ungodify your charecter and get that secret badge.
