To get the bird on lvl 32 set off straight away. Then air jump onto the 2nd platform. Next skid jump and air jump onto the 4th platform. Jump onto the 5th platform and air jump through the gap in the last column of spinning spikes. Fall and wall jump to some platform or other on the bottom level - you'll know what to do by this point. That should do it, but it may take a few tries.
