Unfortunately there's not much I can do here -- the game requires 512mb of free memory(I tried lowering it earlier and ended up running into out of memory errors while playing -- the neural network/physics calculations require quite a bit of memory)... For anyone still having this issue, I'd suggest closing background processes and/or rebooting your computer to free up memory and trying again. Sorry.
