color is different for each.
Meets the criteria of either all same or all different.
There are four attributes (shape, color, number and pattern). For a group of three, each attribute has to be either the same across all three, or different for each one of the three. It doesn't matter how many are the same or how many are different - just that every attribute is one or the other.
The hard and fast rule is: if two of them match and the third one doesn't - you can't take it.
