A surprisingly fun game, I must say. The final boss was too easy though. The spell combination I used destroy him, got me the three medals on the first try without much effort.
I used:
Frigid Blast, Fireball, Ice Shard, Hellfire, and Blightfrost.
The reason the boss was surprisingly easy was that he was freez-able. I think that is an oversight, or at least a mistake. The spell combinations, along with the complimentary talents that increase damage on frozen targets, and the damage upgrade talents make him go down very fast.
I believe the final boss needs to be resistant to freeze. What do you think, developers?
It's very rare for a sequel to be objectively worse in every way, but this game is. They took a huge step backwards somehow, and made a less enjoyable, less fun game. I don't know how they managed that, but congratulations.
The last boss battle is absolutely rediculous. There is no room at all to move, you literally bounce off a black wall two inches from the side of the map, bouncing you into incoming shots. It's super dumb and annoying.
14 is the worst fcking level ever designed. Wtf were you thinking?
Completely ruined my experience with this game. 1/5 for absolutely poo level design. Stupidity.
Well I found a game-breaking bug.
I'm sure on the series of events, but the scrap of toilet paper disappeared from my inventory, I can't write down the morse code, and I can't progress unless somebody puts up the door code.
That completely ruined an otherwise nice game.
Yeah, sure, the game is super fun. Until you want to get perfect on every match.
The last 6 are just dumb annoying trying to not even get the opponents to even touch the gems once.
Nope.
I was completely willing to play this game.
Then I was blasted with the intro. TWICE.
So I'm making this comment, then closing the game.
Not going to support that annoying rudeness.
Woah, wait what? The argument with Pathagoras.
"And clearly morality doesn't come from nature."
"can you back that up?"
"THE BURDEN OF PROOF IS ON YOU< LAWLERSCAKTES!"
No, Pathagoras, you claimed morality does not come from nature. Please back up that assumption.
And the arbiter actually agreed he can sneak in that assumption? The burden of proof is on Pathagoras.
WTF happened there?
If anybody is having trouble with damage and rage and healing, Here was my setup when I beat the final boss.
Special: Lifesteal lvl 10 and Doppleganger lvl 10
Ancient: Nemesis lvl 3
Common: Katana lvl 4 and Handsome Blade lvl 3, lvl 2, lvl 1, and Grenade lvl 2.
This gives you the rage generation to use lifesteal first, then doppleganger next(it will most likely block next attack).
Just use most powerful (and largest cooldown) attacks first, spam every skill that pops up, and you should have no time spent not being able to attack.
Wow I encountered a game-breaking bug. After playing for a few hours, saving, and coming back later, I load the game and I'm stuck in a wall or something. I can't move or exit the area. I'm stuck.
I don't want to have to do all that again just to encounter the same bug.
Sorry, but game-breaking bugs like that force me to give an easy 4.5/5 game a 2/5.
