I love this game and I have an idea. How about making a magic card that destroys the blocks in levels so you can build there? I haven't got too many cards so maybe there's a way to do it already, but if not, it would be cool. :)
The controls on this game flat-out don't work on the 5 different computers I own. Why on earth does it even exist anymore? It sucked when it came out, and now it's unplayable on top of that.
Another passive game in which the player is barely even necessary. I like games that are centered around the player actually playing the game instead of games that play themselves while the player goes along for the ride (for unknown reasons since it's not fun and there's certainly no story).
I never like games where you can do NOTHING during every level and be just fine. My mouse can play this game without me, so I guess I'll just read a book while the game plays itself.
So the machine gun guy maxed out is less effective than the bazooka guy with 0 upgrades. That's some seriously terrible game making. Too bad, this could have and should have been a great game. 2/5 for breaking your own game. I guess you never actually tried playing it.
The easiest way forward is to simply build new level packs/campaigns. I love your game but it's simply too short and could easily have a ton more replay value. 5/5
Ok, here's the best way to play: Put in codes 1) water, thunder, water, water, fire, water, fire 2) fire, fire, fire, thunder, fire 3) thunder, thunder, thunder, thunder, water 4) fire, thunder, thunder, thunder, water 5) fire, water, water, fire, fire 6) water, thunder, thunder, thunder, water.
After that, buy druids and get them to level 15. Then put all the rest of your gems into Dragoons and buy the dragoon weapon as well. You can solo any level with either of those units. Thanks to magicaoma and han0j77 for the awesome codes.
Over half the guns in this game become absolutely useless by about wave 60 even on easy difficuty. Not to mention almost every gun in the game costs double what it's worth. With some work this game could be awesome, but no campaign, poor balancing, no story, no persistent upgrades, mediocre graphics, and a useless 2% interest rate (you literally can NEVER save ANY money in this game--you can't even survive by spending it all) completely cripple any positives this game would otherwise have. Too bad, I really want to enjoy this game. 2/5 for now.
I love the game when it works, but I've spent about 3 hours today having to replay levels I won because some wizard is unable to be killed. Please for the love of God fix this.
I love your games and this one is just as great as the rest of them. The problem is that playing action platformers on a keyboard sucks so bad that it's not even worth doing. I hate mapping my controller for a flash game so I'll just give you 4 stars and not play past level 2. The main benefit of consoles is that games like this are actually fun on them. Flash is a great programming tool, but keyboards suck for games like this imo.
Here's a tip if you keep running out of time while trying to collect money before a level is over: infect the city and then select the MJ hero so that you can drop MJ anytime with one click. When the little red message box pops up to tell you that you've destroyed the city quickly click to let MJ loose. He'll do his little dance for a few seconds while time stands still. That gives you another 2-3 seconds at the end of each level to gather more loot.
Very nice. Great job on this game. All the most timeless games seem simple and yet require strategy and forward thinking to do well. As a minimalist I salute you.
Ok, you've had plenty of time to fix the problems most of us are experiencing with not be able to place cowboys on loaded games so now you get a 1/5 rating. If you ignore all the people playing your game don't expect to get any positive feedback.
I can't cure laziness.
