Oh yes, @Hitmytotem, poison is uber powerful since it can kill enemies and take down their health extremely fast. Cold is used to slow down enemies so they don't rush through leaving your mages/dexters hitting the enemy only once.
Finally got all the badges. Very nice game, much better than Defender.
The game play would be extraordinarily better if it had the following improvements: 1. Cheaper advanced units , the price of the advanced units compared to their power is not worth it.
2. A sell feature, though some people say not to add one they probably haven't finished the entire game. It gets incredibly annoying when you fight off a wave for fire absorbing guys that are weak to ice and then a wave of ice absorbing guys come that are weak to fire.
3. A game speed toggle, on marathons or such where you're waiting for waves to come, you can waste about an hour in playing the whole game by waiting.
Other than these major points, this game is unbelievably addicting and has it's place in the top 3 games on Kongregate. 5/5
Best unit for nations list:
For romans, it's the Golden rider at Alexandria.
For Japanese, it's the Black Samurai at Echigo
For Forest people, it's the Great Heroes at Grouzeno (these are the strongest units in game, other than you)
For the British soldiers, it's Crusaders at Wanderburg.
The reason you want to get the best unit that is part of your nation is to take full advantage of the patriorism skill. For example, if you have a black samurai and you have japanese nation and you got full patriotism. Your black samurai could easily beat a Great Hero hands down.
Waitin for the sequel... XD
Anyways,
@shadow9t6: The reason the cities that you haven't captures yet are red, it's because when you capture one of their cities, all of their other cities will turn against you.
Finished game. It was excellent. After mastering jumping off of walls it was much easier. I suggest you can make a tutorial door where there is a tutorial and practice ring. Anyways, 5/5.
