Very annoying tutorial. The intense flashes made sitting through that thing nigh unbearable. I'm sure there are better, less liable to irritate peoples' eyes, ways to point us to what buttons to press.
Kind of wish there was a way to repeat older levels. If only for the sole purpose that I go from earning between 8000 and 12000 gold between level 27-29, but on level 30 (where the final boss keeps killing me) I can barely scrape together 3000 if I'm lucky.
Only problem I have is that sometimes the cat ends up in a part where instead of sliding down to the bottom it gets caught in an endless repetitive cycle on one of the pivots or wheels that keep pushing it up or it's too fat and they can't get a grip to push it down.
Incredibly fun and addicting. At 3:30am, I could've sworn midnight was 20 minutes ago. My only problem is the undead spellcasters. Whenever a group of those show up, my entire group is slaughtered in less that 5 seconds. Not sure if it's a bug or I just suck at the game.
Only one thing I'd really like is the ability to sell or at the very least deconstruct buildings. I hate it when my crystal generator is destroyed and I accidentally click another building and can't do anything to cancel the mistake besides wait until the enemy destroys it again.
My only complaint is that turning off the sound doesn't really work at all. I turn both music and sound to the lowest setting and I can still hear enemies bumping into walls and the triumph victory when I win. Might as well not have a disable sound option. Given that that's my only complaint, it's still a very good game.
@bhoothnath I always assumed it did happen, but was very rare. In such cases where a very powerful person who it's dangerous to disobey expected or paid extra for actual mortality.
I love these games and would love even more to see a third release. The one and only thing I dislike are the dogs. I don't have anything against dogs, but that barking has made me turn to the walkthrough more than once just to finish the stage when I know I got through it on my own a few years ago.
At certain points you'll get to places where you're left with 1 tank or turret left and no other units popping up. When that happens, stop shooting and fly around dodging missiles for a while while your weapons cool down.
Pretty good game, but I hate the elf archer. I've lost count of how many times I died because I either missed the arrow by clicking a single mili-meter too high or too low
A very good game up until the last boss. Maybe I just suck at the game, I don't know, but I've spent the last 60 minutes grinding food recipes, ingredients and Gen to keep getting humiliated by a boss 13 levels lower than me. Not to mention his dodge rating seems to explode once his hp drops below 35%
Peru locked all transport in the nick of time and were spared, but it was incomprehensibly satisfying to watch Madagascar void of all life, to see those last 3 infected drop to zero. Sweet chocolate Satan, I finally got them.
